That again, is just a story about a Samsung lawyer alleging this. You say Apple has been 'proven guilty' of it? You will need to evidence that, because you haven't thus far.

You're going on about 'Apple Co. is a god' as if I'm trying to defend Apple - I haven't even voiced any opinion on the matter. I am stating the simple fact that every link you posted, including the last one, is simply people making allegations. None of them contain any conclusive findings that the court said Apple had falsified evidence.

That isn't a matter of me being right or wrong, or even Apple being right or wrong. It's just a fact.

Why does it matter who is current Benchmark King? As long as someone is faster, the competition will always strive to improve...its a win win for all consumers(thats us), regardless of which loyalty we choose.
