It is a joke how the US is handling this sanction. I mean if they are not comfortable, then just outright impose a blanket sanction. In this case, they keep changing their mind about how "powerful" the product will be and revising this every 3 to 6 months, which is a waste of everyone's time. This only shows how indecisive the decision makers are.
