NVIDIA Display setting are not available after updating GPU Driver

Whenever I update my GPU from 355.98 to any of new driver like current 358.87 just give me the error and I can't play any games or can't run the NVidia control panel

Try downloading this program and follow the instructions when you start it to completely remove all nvidia drivers from your computer. Then try installing the version you want.

I did what you said i follow every step and downloaded the latest driver but while installing the driver it takes me to blue screen where an error show that your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart and restart my pc but the driver still not working i can open the control panel but it seems like the driver isn't properly insalled.
What should i do now ?

Open up your event viewer and look for critical/error events under your windows log for the time frame that you got the blue screen while trying to install the drivers. See if they provide any helpful information. A lot of the time it's some generic error code but I've gotten lucky with them a few times and had it actually tell me specifically what was wrong.

In event viewer critical source was karnel-power.

I tried updating through windows update but it update my driver to version 354.04 and it is working just fine
but now would you tell me how am i suppose to update it ?
