Question Warzone laggin, high temperature i5 10400F

Hello, I have a problem because when playing Warzone, the processor temperatures reach almost 85 degrees. Is this normal? I have stock cooling from the processor. I will also add that when playing Warzone, despite 100 fps, it sometimes drops to 60, which makes the screen look like it is stuttering. I have an AOC G2260VWQ6 75hz monitor. When I set v-sync to 75hz, the game still stutters, which is why I play without v-sync, because there are no such stutters on the screen. If I bought additional CPU cooling would I have more fps/no screen lag? Would fps be stable? Do temperatures affect gameplay quality.

In Warzon I tried settings; low, normal, high - the quality is still the same and there are stutters on the screen. I do not feel the smoothness of the game.

From what I see, the i5-10400F should work at 4.3, but mine works at 4.0. Resizable Bar is on.

Is it the monitor's fault that there is no fluidity on the screen?

rx 6600 8gb Fighter
b560m hdv
550 w
16 gb rab (8gb x2)
AOC G2260VWQ6 75hz

GPU is undervoltin: 2300-2800mhz.

85 isn't awful. I would recommend, in general, a better cooling solution by replacing the OEM cooler.

What is the actual make/model of your PSU?

If you remove all OC settings (motherboard BIOS at default settings), do things improve?

In the BIOS I only have XMP and resizable bar on.
I have Windows installed on my HDD and Warzone on my SSD. Is it the monitor's fault that's why I have such stutters/drops on the screen?
 
Having the OS on the HDD will degrade performance somewhat, it would be better if on the SSD.

I am not a fan of that PSU. I would suggest replacing it with a more capable, quality one.

Remove the undervolting on the GPU and compare results.

Despite the fact that the game is installed on an SSD drive, does it cause performance drops?
I tried, I had the impression that the fluidity of the game is worse. That's why I changed the settings, it works smoother despite that. I'm more concerned about the FPS/Performance drops.

Using monitor FreeSync still stutters the game, it's not smooth despite those 75 fps

Yes, Windows is updated, graphics drivers too, BIOS too. In CS2 fps from 300 with drops to 140/130, depending on the map. Usually around 200 frames.
IN league of legends 100-144fps. I changed the processor from i3100F, so I had to update the BIOS to a newer version. I'm more curious about the fact that despite freesync/vsync enabled - the game doesn't look fluid at 75 frames. And in Warzon there are drops, drops, it's not fluid. Can this be solved somehow or is the only option to replace the monitor?

Replacing the monitor won't change the performance of what is being fed to it.

In terms of better performance, installing Windows on the SSD, replacing the CPU cooler and PSU should be considered before replacing anything else.

Good Ram cx400 gen2. But on the freesync monitor recognized by AMD I still do not feel 75hz/frames fluidity, why is that?

Understood on DP, but the suggestion was to allow you to determine if the monitor is the problem, or something else.
So I have a slightly different question, if I wanted to upgrade my computer does it make sense? Or is it better to sell it and buy something better?

Aside from the GPU, that is not a huge change in performance. You would be better off addressing the other things mentioned earlier before deciding to upgrade or not.
So, first of all, I should install the system on an SSD instead of an HDD? That should improve fluidity. Buy better cooling than the stock CPU. And only then check how Warzone will work? I play Warzone on Steam, the drops are sometimes to 60 fps. MS difference in the game is 5 GPU and 10/14 CPU
