Question Nvidia DLDSR ?

I am just now finding out about Nvidia DLDSR and it looks amazing. I have a 1080p 240hz IPS panel and rtx 4060. Now after enabling dldsr i can see that there are 2 types of options to choose from. ex: 1080p 2560 x 1440 and just 2560 x 1440 . This options are not only available for the DLDSR resolutions but also for the other native resolutions of the monitor. I have realised that with options that have 1080p in the beginning are limited to 120hz meanwhile other options are 240hz. I was wondering if there is any difference in quality or other? Thanks!
