Hello,
It appears though there has been a problem with my windows 10 and Nvidia graphics driver.
I randomly get "Video_TDR_Failure nvlddmkm.sys" while playing games in general. I have researched on google on how ti fix this issue. I have tried to uninstall my driver in safe mode through right clicking and clicking uninstall in device manager. Windows apparently installs some version of Nvidia driver automatically when I log back on normally after safe mode even without an internet connection (I uninstall it in safe mode, restart, open device manager and after 2-3 minutes screen flashes couple times and there it is, a new Nvidia GT 750M driver).
I have tried uninstalling multiple components of Nvidia driver in programs and features such as 3d Driver, HD Audio driver and PhyX.
I have tried uninstalling every NVIDIA I see in programs and features and uninstalling from Device Manager. Again, after about 15 minutes screen flashes couple times and its back on there without me doing anything. I tried to install it in that 10 to 15 minute period where it isn't there on Device Manager but the installer cannot detect compatible parts on my system. Only after Nvidia GT 750M shows up on Device Manager I can manually update/install it through the installer I download on Nvidia website. Otherwise it won't detect the 750m video card.
I have tried everything I saw online to disable windows update as well, if it s an issue related to that.
I am simply unsure on how to proceed from here, I will be happy to provide any additional information.
Kind Regards,
Onur Duman
