NVIDIA Drivers stopped responding (not sure what is wrong)

I Have a HP Compaq 8000 Elite SFF Business PC which i put a Nvidia gt 630 (factory oc-ed) and my screen randomly goes black and in the corner says NVIDIA drivers stopped responding and were recovered so whats the error?

Try updating and/or reinstalling the Nvidia driver.

I have tried reinstalling the drivers multiple times,no fix for me.

Okay i have figured out that my original psu on this pc (hp 240w) might be the cause of this,am i correct?
