Nvidia Geforce 6150 SE Nforce 430

I have the nvidia geforce 6150 se nforce 430 graphics card. Here are my full specs:
HP Pavillion S5213W. AMD Sempron 1250-LE 2.2ghz. Motherboard: Narra5
320GB Hard Drive, DDR2 Memory 4gb memory, Windows 7 64-bit. I want to play NBA2K12 and soon NBA2K13 with MW3. What graphics card can i upgrade to. BTW I used ntune and now my pc is at 2.70ghz.

That computer is going to struggle with MW3 with that processor.

I played Mw3 at 1920x1080 with that exact pc exept I put mine in a custom case and added gtx 460 and a 700watt psu, I also used ntune to overclock it to 2.75ghz...
