Hey guys, (sorry in advance for my English)
My brother bought a new PC and I installed all the software and some programs for him. Problem is, the Geforce Experience program that's supposed to install the GPU drivers won't open. I believe this also causes some other programs to crash, like Chrome and Skype. When I doubleclick Geforce Experience, it opens for a few seconds with a loading circle, and then crashes.
I've tried everything I found online: clean install, running in WIN7 compactability, deleting the folders manually and reinstalling, runnig as administrator...
I'm at the end of my tether and I don't know what to do. I hope you guys can help.

Specs:
Windows 10 pro 64 bit
Intel Core i5 6400 @ 2.70GHz
Nvidia GTX 960
MSI H110M PRO-VD

Yours, Mees

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that I suggested to others who had the same issue.

- Start by running Windows Update and install all updates available.
- Next is to do a clean install of the graphics card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the GTX graphics driver.
- Check Programs and Features and uninstall anything related to NVIDIA graphics.
- Next is to download and install the latest driver from the manufacturers site.
- Here's the link: nvidia.com/download/index.aspx
- Once installed reboot your PC for all the changes to take effect.
- Do also set NVIDIA as the default graphics card.
- Here's how:
https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2615/kw/setting%20nvidia%20as%20the%20graphics%20card
- If all these will not work I would suggest reinstalling Windows 10.

Must be an issue with geforce experience. Do not reinstall windows 10 unless you need to, I just started having the issue as well. Theres a new driver released today perform a clean install otherwise wait or contact nvidia im sure it will be fixed soon.

Hi Im a bit late to the party. If you havent worked it out already which you probably have. try using Guru3D uninstaller. make sure you have the most update directx already on your computer. but probably all is irrelevant now.

After reinstall drivers you can fix this issue easily, If you are enable to fix after that then follow this tutorial. https://www.howtoseeks.com/nvidia-geforce-experience-wont-open/ Sure it will work for you.
