Nvidia Geforce FX 5500 power supply Question

I have a:
Pentium 4 3.0 Ghz
1 gb ram, will upgrade to 2 soon.
80 gb HDD
cheap souncard
and a new Geforce 5500.

The question - Will a 300 watt power supply suffice for my build? This is for my little brother. Casual Counter strike and Stuff. Thanks 😀

You will have just barely enough power but you should be okay.
