Nvidia Geforce GT 440 fan replacement

I want to get an after market fan for this graphics card but dont know where to find one that fits this card.
if i do i dont know much about replacing fans, this will be the firs ttime (lol i know) will i need to manually chosoe fans speeds and what not?

Spend $15 for a radeon 5450, it'd cost more to replace the cooler than buying an entirely new card.

Some weak advice here, fellas!

I replaced my stock fan on a GT440 with an "Arctic Accelero L2 Plus VGA Cooler" recently ($21 Canadian). It runs very quietly (the stock fan was VERY noisy, so it had to go) and cools the card well, even when gaming.
