Nvidia geforce gt 630m (code 43)

A few days ago i installed windows 8 on my computer but i hated it so i went back to windows 7 and now my graphics card is showing this error (windows has stopped this device code 43) i have tried uninstalling and installing the driver again and i don't know what do to

I have been having the same problem with my Lenovo G780 which has a GEForce GT 630m on it. Ever since I upgraded to Win 8, I have been having the error code 43 problem. All the advice at the Lenovo site is of no use. Uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled it. Downloaded the latest drivers from the Nvidia, etc., - No use. I have not trying going back to Windows 7 and was contemplating it when I saw this post. Perhaps the hardware itself has become defective somehow?
