NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M Error Code 43

laptop model: Lenovo ideapad z580
video card: NVIDIA geforce GT 630M
OS: Windows 8.1 (now Windows 7)

a week ago fallout got released and i downloaded the game and it pretty much crashed right away.
the error message was:
( dutch version: beeldschermstuurprogramma Intel HD Graphics driver for Windows 8 (R) reageert niet meer en is hersteld)
( english version: monitor driver program Intel HD Graphics driver for Windows 8(R) isnt responding and is restored)
i can't click the message. after this message it occured to me "why dosnt the game just use my NVIDIA card. i found out that my NVIDIA driver had a yellow triangle and had a code 43 error.

this person has the exact same laptop and exact same problem so i tried everything that this person did:
here is a list of the actions i took:
While having Windows 8.1:
- updating the driver ( resulted in bluescreen)
- deinstalling and reinstalling driver ( bluescreen)
- upgrading to Windows 10.. ( bluescreen)
- got sick of Windows 8.1

used my recovery disks to completely wipe my laptop and get Windows 7 back
While having Windows 7:
- Updating NVIDIA driver ( installed but stil error 43, the software geforce expierence keeps suggesting me to download the newest driver ( everytime the same), did this like 5 times, the pc says it has the version but the software keeps suggesting me to get it.
- tried installing this driver in a few ways with the help of a IT specialist
- deinstal driver in safe mode
- reinstal in safe mode
- updating all other drivers
- updating BIOS ( made some problems with booting but i sort of solved it.)
- stil have the error code 43 thing on my NVIDIA driver

just to check i downloaded fallout 4 again and tried booting it.
it crashed pretty much after half a minute and funny enough it gave the same error as with Windows 8.1

i downloaded older and newest drivers for my Intel HD graphics but that didnt work out.

i really want a working NVIDIA card and i hope you can help.

Optimus based laptop? Go to nvidia control panel and look for setting that will force the game to use nvidia gpu instead.

my nvidia control panel dosnt respond and/or open. i can see the process in task manager but its not doing anything.
( closing and restarting also dosnt work)
btw error 43 means says " this device has stopped working because problems have been reported". so i can't really force it to use my NVIDIA gpu or anything NVIDIA related.

i already tried ussing DDU and every possible option that was mentioned in the link i put in the explanation.
nothing helped so far, also nothing has changed.

Hmm probably faulty hardware. If your lappy still under warranty then it is time to use it.

i have contacted the company and i just noticed that my 3 year long warranty expires tomorow at 12 AM.
so my time becomes extreem short to decide.
im thinking of sending it in for repair but i have more personal problems with that.
1: im pretty poor and only 75% of the cost will be covered. + 50euro cause of stupid reasons
2: im folowing a study were i pretty much need my laptop every day ( IT study). and the average repair time is 3-5 weeks.

if you have any other idea's that don't require sending it in for repair i welcome it with open arms.

Is there option to reset your machine back to it's original factory setting? But using so usually will delete all your current files installed on the machine.
