Hello i have a problem i buy NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB (6 GB) and my computer start restarting after few minutes playing Batman Arkham Knight or Farcry 4 or Division

Exactly what brand and model of power supply do you have? One 6 pin connector on a 650 Watt unit is quite low and is usually indicative of a crap tier power supply that promises far more than it can actually deliver.
Yeah, I'd say your power supply is the problem. It only has 30 amps on the +12V rail, effectively making it a 360 Watt unit as far as modern components are concerned. A GTX 1060 paired with a power hungry CPU like the FX 8350 could easily overload it and that's probably why you're getting shutdowns.

Your Amazon link doesn't work, but I can say the lower end Corsair units aren't really good, they're better than what you have now in that they actually put most of the power on the +12V line, but are rife with relability problems and a tendency to fail shortly after the warranty expires due to cheap capacitors.
