Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070

I'm purchasing a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 8GB graphics card for my PC.

After looking around for a while and watching benchmarks, I can't seem to find much of a difference between the many versions of the card (Gigabyte, MSI, EVGA etc). So my question is:

Which Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 8GB card would preform the best for playing games such as (but not limited to) ARK: Survival Evolved and Fallout 4 at ultra settings?

Performance improvements will be marginal. The only difference between cooling styles is overclocking capability, fan noise, and temperatures. If none of these are to worry about, I believe EVGA ACX or Gigabyte Windforce/G1 Gaming are the cheapest ones around.
