i found this NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 TI 2GB D3 384 BIT PCI-E Graphics Card VGA DVI HDMI is fake beacuse i cand find it here?

Faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaake.
First there is no reference cooler for 650Ti that looks like that, and with that sticker. Sticker is 1/3 black and 1/4 green with logo on it, not yellowish.
Thats probably 9000GT series GPU's.

No 650 Ti came with a 384 bit memory bus. There are lots of ways to spot fakes. First off, know what you're buying. If you know what specs a 650 Ti has, then you'll know a fake when you see it.
