Question NVIDIA gg-gtx1050ti issue?

Iv got an NVIDIA gf-gtx1050ti 4gb GPU that I feel has been the cause of slot of issues on my rig.
Regularly while gaming my display will crash while the fans remain powered up and I can't turn the tower off with out disconnecting the 240v supply. Only happens while gaming and at any time. But never while using it for office work or net surfing. Iv opened her up today to look at the power pins on the GPU and found it like this. Was wondering if this looks normal or not. And any other possible suggestions to my issue.
