GT 730 GDDR5 is whole head better, pick it without doubt, GDDR3 sucks

Yeah the 730 is a whole lot better. Go for it.

GDDR5 is a LOT better than GDDR3.

64-bit interface with GDDR5 is preferable rather than having a slow speed memory with more bits-interface.
