i tried almost everything and nothing seem to work. Ive looked thousands of videos in youtube showing how to fix this problem. I tried everything from there and nothing works. Ive even reinstalled my Windows 7 and that didnt work too. When i try to install my latest nvidia graphic card driver it gives me this - NVIDIA installer failed. But the funny thing is that my current graphics card driver which is - 391.35 can install. So what is the problem? I can install my old graphics card driver but cant install the new one. My graphics card is Nvidia GT 730

Solution
okay , so to understand your problem;

you have GT730 which when you install the driver 391.35 gives you " installer failed" even on a clean install of windows 7 ?
have you manually selected the driver based on the version of your windows 7 you have (32 or 64 bits make a differences) directly from this web page ?
https://www.geforce.com/drivers and use an older driver than 391.35, like 2 version back .. i.e. try 391.01

Solution
Ive just saw that my GT730 is no longer supported. There will be no performance updates for this card. I saw other people's videos. its sad :x
