Nvidia Graphics Driver Crash

My Nvidia graphics driver crashes and recovers.
I'm not 100% sure but i think I don't think I have enough watts for my computer.
Build:
CPU: i7 4790 with a NZXT Kraken x61 water cooler
GPU: Nvidia GTX 660 OC
Motherboard: z87 Gigabyte Gaming 5
PSU: 600W Corsair
Should I upgrade my PSU?

A driver crash isn't usually the result of a PSU problem.

Try uninstalling the driver, cleaning up with CCleaner, and reinstalling the latest driver from Nvidia.

I did what u said but the graphics driver still crashes. After i restart my computer it doesnt even boot, it just stays black screened and just doesnt do anything. please help

It could mean your GPU is on its way out and may need to be replaced.

It could also be a bad PSU, not necessarily not enough wattage.

Iv had my GPU for almost 2 years, i upgraded my computer(CPU, Motherboard, watercooling) recently like 2 weeks ago, my GPU was working fine before that.

No I didnt because windows ran fine it was just the graphics drivers

You need to reinstall Windows.

Motherboard changes almost always needs a full reinstall to prevent weird little bugs like this.
