Hi, i recently had a problem with my computer, now this computer has never had any issues other than graphical ones. I have a bad habit of unplugging the hdmi cable before the computer shuts off so i can transfer the screen to my tv. Now the last time i did this the computer would not show a picture on any screen until i uninstalled all nvidia graphic drivers, on standard VGA it works perfectly, but as soon as you install the drivers bam black screen. I had this problem before snd just bought a new hdmi cable but is it really that or could it be something driver/card related, should i just go out in this blizzard and get a new cable?
Edit: all drivers have been updated uninstalled reinstalled last stable release and if you are running the computer in regular mode (using ipad as remote) the screen will automatically turn on as soon as all nvidia drivers are gone.
