This Is My Old Rig

Techcom 450 watt psu 10 amps
Intel E2200
INTEL DG31GL MOBO

I AM BUYING NEW E8400 AND ZOTAC GT 610 2GB DDR3 Synergy Edition Graphic Card
Is my MOBO AND PSU Compatible With It

Solution

Yes, they are all compatible.

The E8400 will directly swap with your E2200 as they are both LGA775 chipset. Just make sure you update the bios before changing the processor, or the motherboard may not recognize the new processor.

The new video card only requires a 300 watt power supply, and does not have external power requirements, so you should be fine with that.

Solution
The board is designed to support the following processors:
• Intel Core 2 Quad processor in an LGA775 socket with a 1333 MHz or 1066 MHz
system bus
• Intel Core 2 Duo processor in an LGA775 socket with a 1333 MHz, 1066 MHz, or
800 MHz system bus
• Intel Pentium Dual-Core processor in an LGA775 socket with an 800 MHz
system bus
• Intel Celeron processor in an LGA775 socket with an 800 MHz system bus
The E8400 is compatible with the motherboard since it has a 1333MHz system bus.
For the graphics card you have to open the PC Case and look for PCI Express X16 slot
You can google the image on how it looks like
