Nvidia GT 740 system specs.

Hello! I want to upgrade my GPU, from a gt 620 to a GT 740. Here are my system specs:
AMD Fusion™ APU A6-5400K Dual Core
8gb RAM DDR3
NVIDIA® GeForce™ 620
300w PSU 100-240v
Do you guys think I need to upgrade anything else? I heard something about this GPU recommended power supply being 400w was not necessary, and that a 300 w psu would do the work, but I dont know.

Honestly, you should be fine. Get it and run stress tests on it, if your pc turns off, then you might need a new psu. Any 80+ 300w or 400w will be a good upgrade.
