Hi guys,
i have a acer aspire 5742g laptop and my motherboard died recently. i bought another one i and it works. The only problem is the gpu gt540m doesnt work. only the intel gpu from my core i5 480m works. Windows recognise it but i get an error code 43. I tried both windows 7 and 10, the latest drivers and the drivers from acer and still no luck. is it a hardware problem or software. here some screenshots.
