Nvidia GT750 M core stuck @ 405 Mhz

My lenovo laptop y410 nvidia GT 750m graphics stuck at 405 Mhz, i try all the ways from all forums who had same problem but not working.

This my benchmark on Dirt 3 with all highest graphics settings.

your gpu is likely thermal throttling due to temperatures, its turning down the clockspeed to keep thermals in check

Now i configure out by my self after playing random games,
The gpu would be accelerate at clock as much as the game needed. My gpu boost up clock and memory automatically on higher graphics games such as metro last light and pes 2016,
How smart the nvidia make us safe.
But i prefer if gpu can be adjusted to high boost even in low class games for more better gaming experience.
