Hello

Last week I bought a new motherboard and CPU to replace my existing system.
I had an existing Nvidia GTS 250 card on my existing system which I thought would work on new system with PCI being backward compatible.

New Motherboard : MSI H510M-A PRO

If I remove the graphics card , everything boots up fine.

Can anyone help me with steps to debug

Solution
Full system details to start.

Pretty power hungry card depending on the exact model, 130-150W, so I would expect dual 6-pin at the high end, maybe a single 8-pin or single 6-pin.

I would try to force PCIe 2.0 mode in the BIOS as a first step. 12 years is pushing it.

Intel HD 730 would be a little slower, Intel HD750 should be a little faster than the GTS250, so might just be time to call it.
