Nvidia GTS 450 Bios

Hi I recently acquired a GTS 450 from a friend that replaced his card that has issues and I am wanting to flash the bios on it to see if it fixes the issue for a little while atleast until I feel like buying a new card or going to my old crappy GTX 260 im thinking it might have bad ram because I cant get drivers to work in windows for it and it artifacts in the bios menu only and I have found many bios versions for Device ID: 0DC4 but im needing 0DC5 if anyone can help me out that has a copy of the bios that can send it to me it will be much appreciated

Ive already been through everyone of those bios files and none are compatable there all 0x0DC4 and 0x1245 im needing 0x0DC5

Ive also already tried flashing a bios with a different Device id and none work because it tells me that the Gpu and bios are mismatched and close

Which card has that BIOS?

Its a pull from an Alienware Aurora R3 its the OEM Geforce GTS 450 1.5gb
