Nvidia gtx 1060 fan is not spinning

I brought a new PC with Nvidia gtx 1060 6gb.my PC was running fine but as soon as I installed the latest Nvidia driver 416.34 the fans are getting stopped after running the PC for about 10 minutes. So the games starts lagging when I play them I need an solution plz plz help me...

If you are using default fan curve, then yes, your statement is already 100 correct.
You can however create your own custom fan curve.
for example, you can set it to e.g. when the fan already starts to spin on 50' C but only for about 20% and go 100% on 70' C. Just remember, changing the fan curve comes with your own risk
