I'm currently experience large FPS drops gaming and watching Twitch. This has only started happening more recently and I'm not sure how to pinpoint the issue.
An example:
Watching Twich on one display (source quality) and playing TF2 on the other.
TF2 will skip from 140FPS down to about 40 every so often. TF2 has no settings on the highest quality. It's all sitting at medium or low.
Now about a year ago I could be running 2 Twitch streams at source quality and be playing TF2 or CS:GO at the same time with no issues at all. CS:GO would normally sit at a comfortable 190FPs.
I've checked the cooling on both the CPU and GPU. Both sit at about 40 whilst playing and watching.
Where could the issue lie? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
