Nvidia GTX 680 Gpu tpd % usage

So i recently OC´d my gtx 680 from the deffault:
GPU clock speed: 1006 mhz to > 1502 mhz and it runs very fine in games.
But the Gpu tpd % is up in about 90 - 98 % when i game in high graphic required games such as BF4, Crysis 3. Is it something to worry about in longer runs? Other games such as League of Legends is at 35 - 45 % usage.

League is mainly CPU based, so i wouldn't worry.

Yea okay. But do you know if i should worry about the GPU usage % being so high constant in the high end games?

Games like BF4 & Crysis 3 are extremely intensive on the GPU and barely rely on the CPU, So as long as the temps aren't too high, don't worry.

Yea i custom set the fans to do extra good when the temps are getting on the high end. So when i game crysis 3 for example the temps are at 60 - 67 celsius
