Solution
Budget?

The 760 is a fair bit better than the 750Ti - http://gpuboss.com/gpus/GeForce-GTX-760-vs-GeForce-GTX-750-Ti

Watch Dogs - http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=4546&game=Watch%20Dogs - your CPU should be OK for High settings with a 760

ACU - http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=17084&game=Assassins%20Creed:%20Unity - you should be OK for high settings with a 760

You'll need a good quality 500+W PSU for the 760 - from tiers 1, 2 or 3 of http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html#xtor=EPR-8886

eg Seasonic 520 or 550, Antec HCG 520M or XFX550
I'm currently have the money to build a decent gaming pc,but ins still holding on beacuse skylake architecture will be out in September which will kick AMDs ass when paired with something like gtx 960
