Hi,
I would like to know how much difference is in overall between an OVERCLOCKED Nvidia GTX 960M 4 GB GDDR5 vs. normal GTX 1050 M 4GB GDDR5?

Solution
A 1050 (Mobile) is about 40% faster than a 960M, no overclock will ever achieve close to the same speed, most overclocks are 10% increase over the base or LESS in most cases.

Pascal is performing VERY well in laptops as opposed to older generations when compared to the desktop version. If we were talking desktops a 960 would still beat out a 1050 by over 20%. but the difference between a 960M and a 960 is almost 100% difference. The difference between a 1050 (Mobile) and a Desktop 1050 is like 10%.

Solution
Adding to the answer above, the 1050m uses less power so it's more open to overclocking while possibly generating less heat. The 1050m also comes with any features now or in the future that are 1000 series exclusive. I would definitely recommend the 1050m over the 960m but I wouldn't recommend overclocking because it isn't usually worth it and laptops get hot enough as it is.
