Is PhysX really worth getting a 2nd, smaller Nvidia card for when you have an AMD card?
Do that many games still use it? I was under the impression that Physx was kind of going away. No?

I think the question will be.. who will buy a 560ti OEM since its so damn close in price to the more powerful (if only by a small amount) gtx 570?

The only way that would buy an OEM card is if you buy a pre built PC where it's already fitted and is part of the package, you do know that don't you?

no, it's not going away and about to make a serious push..
now if the push works or not is another story...

People really don't do ANY research when buying video cards. The 550 TI cards really suck balls. Here's a comparison chart for SLI configurations:
