NVIDIA Quadro FX 3450 SLI supported?

Hey guys!
Are there any specific requirements for a motherboard to be able to run 2x NVIDIA Quadro FX 3450's in SLI?

Would a motherboard that supports SLI be able to run the two cards in SLI?

Would the AsRock 970 Extreme4 be able to run the two cards in SLI?

The AsRock 970 Extreme4 motherboard & the NVIDIA Quadro FX 3450 GPU both support SLI.

Yes, but I've read that apparently, there is a difference between workstation SLI and normal SLI. :/
Can someone confirm that for me? Thanks!
