Emphatically no. SATA power has a limit of 54W. 8-pin PCIe connector has a limit of 150W. That could easily start a fire inside the PC.

You need a power supply with the proper PCIe outputs for the card you are installing.

I inserted in an old PC the NVIDIA Quadro K4000 but prompts for the power connector needed
What is model name of your PSU ?
What power connections are available on your PSU?
Can you show a photo of info label printed on PSU?

NVIDIA Quadro K4000 is 80W card. Power requirements are quite minimal.

If we knew the distribution of power coming from the slot vs the plug, I would tend to agree.

A lot of OEM machines will only put out 35W from the slot. Leaving 45W for the SATA to PCIe adapter. While 54W is the maximum, that is also shared between 5V and 12V. Just not something worth risking.

I will tell you soon about PSU,
If not power wattage problem,
In there is no SATA power cable I can instead use an extension/multi-fuse which connected to SATA Power connector and give two SATA power connectors Cables… ? correct?

Quadros need a 6-pin power connector. If your power supply doesn't have one, then you'll need a new power supply.

SATA-to-PCIE and Molex-to-PCIE adapters can't supply enough current. Avoid.

A new PSU is cheaper than a house fire.

Are you sure, for this PSU requirement ? AND THAT SATA TO PCIe cables is not working?
I will check soon my PSU… if it has direct 6-PIN CONNECTOR.

No, You can't use that. I don't know how people even get away with making them for sale. Even if you combined 2xSATA connectors, you wouldn't get the power that you need for an 8-pin PCIe connector. A single SATA connector doesn't even have enough power for a single 6-pin connector. Also, if you get a power drop while your hard drive is being written to, your drive could be corrupted. Don't use SATA as a power source for anything but SATA devices.

Also, the Quadro K4000 only has a single slot, blower type cooler, and is not intended for gaming. Pushing it hard may overwhelm the cooler, and damage the card. I think it is roughly equal to a GTX 650 Ti, or something like that, so it might be possible to swap a cooler from one of those.
