Sounds like it's not!

That wouldn't surprise me. As I said, I don't think it needs them.

Also, consider that audio data would actually suffer precision loss, since it's at least 16-bit integer and tensor cores are either float16, int8, or int4.

Put together, I think this explains why they don't use tensor cores, and that explains why it works on older GPUs.
 
Tested on my GT 1030 and wow, it is awesome and works without an issue, the best part is that it doesn't even make a dent on my FPS during gameplay, loved it, NVIDIA should advertise this software ''correctly'' by saying it works with non-RTX cards.
