In what system? A hand built PC, or a in a server rack?

What have you tried so far?

Is it showing up in Device Manager? Has the driver been installed? Is the card powered on? Has it been removed and re-inserted?

Windows server 2019 . HP server
there are two tesla 4 graphic cards.
Matrox G200eh3 (HPE) WDDM 2.0

It is showing in device manager. reinstalled three times. Card is turned on that is why it is showing in device manager.

Also it is not showing anything in dxdiag.

What are you using the card for?

Accelerators like these generally have a purpose. Kind of useless outside of some pretty specific applications.

If you are doing graphics work, see if they show up in the renderer. If you are doing deep learning or AI, see if the performance changes when you remove a card.

Tesla cards are often compute only cards. There are some that are intended for virtualization. But you will have to give us more info.

OK, so those T4s aren't graphics cards. They have no graphics output. Those are compute cards.

Those are passively cooled cards. Is your server case certified for those cards ?

Yes, I have installed the same drivers, server is also certified for those cards
