nVidia WDM tv tuner and video capture w/ yellow exclamation

I installed Geforce FX 5500 PCI card w/ VGA and S-video and another plug. When I installed it WDM Tv audio crossbar and A/V crossbar installed fine, but the WDM TV tuner and Video Capture have a yellow exclamation point. Can anybody help ?

You sure it is supposed to have WDM? If it's an Inno3D card the bet is you don't need it. Remove it in device manager, then click "Action...Scan for Hardware changes" and see if it redetects it. If so...dunno. If not, chances are you are installing WDM for a non-WDM card.
