Nvidia won't install/run set up

Recently upgraded from a r9 390 strix to a GTX 1060 6gb strix for temps reasons but geforce experience won't run setup and I really want it to work so I can use shadow play as well. thanks

1. Disable WUs ability to install HW drivers.

2, Uninstall all AMD and nVidia drivers.

3. Use a registry cleaner to clean out all AMD / nVidia GFX related entries

4. Reboot

5. Install nVidia drivers, reboot
