Tegra 4 would be a huge improvement. However, MS must also work on cost inorder to promote more surface tablet sale.The price cut on the first gen RT had helped clear stock, so expecting that second gen RT is also close in price, perhaps max 400$ for a 32GB.

$200-250 pricepoint and it will succeed, anything else and peopel will jsut buy an android tab , magane to release it at sub $200 and they would not be able to keep em on the shelves
 
Typing on my SurfaceRT now. I have the Outlook app and I am very glad it is in Desktop mode. I do almost everything in Desktop mode and it bothers me when people assume that is not the "Modern" way. MS needs to get over their fixation with Metro and allow for a true Start menu and more Desktop apps. Nothing wrong with the OPTION of metro tiles, but there is a lot wrong with forcing people to have full screen apps that can only resize in preset intervals... how not modern...
