My PC keeps crashing, I have used UUD to uninstall drivers and even reinstalled an older driver to see if its a bug with a newer driver.
I have just installed Windows fresh before this happened as I replaced my SSD and motherboard. XMP is enabled at the moment.
Any ideas please?

that error says driver buged out due to hardware error, post full system specs please, mainly GPU model name and PSU model name and if GPU is using daisy chained pcie cable or separate cable for each pcie connector
I was running fine on my old system, only thing I have changed is motherboard and SSD. Had same PSU and cables. I had the system running and playing Warzone for an hour last night before it black screened and restarted my PC.
