Question [NVM]Need help regarding my GPU clock speeds(GT 730)

So, the online specs say

Engine Clock - 902 MHz

Memory Clock - 5010 MHz

( Complete GPU specs )

But when i check them on MSI Afterburner or Zotac Firestorm they say:

405 Mhz for both GPU clock and Core clock

IK my GPU is extremely bad specially for the games I play, unfortunately its all I got and I cant upgrade. I was using afterburner for OSD then I saw this. So I was just want to know what is going on here and if this can be fixed.

Also it would be great help if my GPU could be OCed only to a point it can handle, if possible.

Did you check the clock under load or at idle?
