[SOLVED] NVMe bending slightly

I recently bought a 980 Pro PCIe 4.0 NVMe to pair with my ASUS ROG Strix B550-F, and after installing the heatsink onto the M.2, I noticed it is bending slightly:

I did install the standoff in the right place.

Is this normal? NVMe seems to be performing as it should, 45C under CrystalDiskMark, 6880 MB/s read, 5060 MB/s write.
 
Can I keep using it like this without worrying? I'd imagine bent PCBs arent a giant issue considering how GPUs which have big coolers on them remain bent for years and still function properly.
 
Yes, there is a considerably thick thermal pad between the heatsink and M.2. The plastic sheet covering it was removed before installation
