So i had this issue for a while updated all drivers / formatted the os tried every software related problem i could find. The strange part is that when i went to the os and enabled nvme support the drive works better like csgo was stuttering and rlly unplayable but now it has rare lag spikes. Could this be a bad nvme because every game has diffrent behaviours but same symptoms like stuttering / frame drops ..etc

Solution
check the hard drive for errors with its manufacturer´s tool
Data Lifeguard Diagnostic and seatools

Did you install windows with this hardware?

check if the nvme drive is connected deeply in the slot
eventually losen the screw just a tiny bit, a too tightened screw can harm the nvme drive

check windows integrity
open the command prompt as administrator and type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

check the memory by running memtest.org usb autoinstaller (bootable USB flash drive)
