Nvme question for asus Z170M-E-D3

Yes, it does. If you look on the main page it does specifically say it has a M.2 PCI-e X4 slot for bootable M.2 drives.

I will say that it does NOT say NVMe, so while I'm about 90% certain that it will support it, the best option is to talk to ASUS and ask them whether the board supports NVMe specifically or not. At least that's what I would do to make sure that I'm right.
