Question NVME randomly disconnects

to start with i have installed 4 different nvme drives. ever since i have done it, i have only got 3 of them to actually show up on my system. however i have run into a issue. randomly one of the drives will vanish and the one that was in limbo suddenly appears. im not sure what causes this or how to fix it.

For anyone to even begin to diagnose, they'd need a full parts list.
Make/model of everything.
