hi I have a Samsung nvme 970 Evo 250g which has windows 10 on it and another nvme Samsung 970 Evo 2TB which i use for gaming but whenever i play games on it like cyberpunk and immortals of Aveum the game crashes after 0~20 minutes of playing and when i go to my computer i cant open my nvme drive and the remaining space is not shown either until i reset the computer.

But after I play game again the problem reappears. I have already changed my nvme ssd and got another 970 Evo but i still have the same problem. I disconnected all of my other SATA dives which i use for storage but the problem persists which means I can't play games on my second 2Tb nvme ssd ?
my pc specs are :

ASUS TUF gaming z390 plus WIFI
AMD 6800 16Gig
Intel 8700k
32 gigs of ram corsair 3200Mhz (2 x 16GB)
cooler master g750m
2 WD blue 4TB SATA
1 Seagate 8TB

can anyone help??
could it be that my motherboard can't support 2TB nvme ssd ?

What BIOS version are you currently on for your motherboard? Did you install the NVMe driver for your SSD;
?
It's listed at the bottom after you click on download. Be sure to install said driver in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

While you're at it, can you see if your SSD's are pending any firmware updates, using Samsung's Magician tool/app.

Which slot on the motherboard is the 2TB SSD populating?

my BIOS is the latest and i installed the latest drivers as well but didn't work there are 2 slots for nvme the upper one there is a 250G evo plus on the lower one is the drive with the problem it also has the motherboard heatsink

Have you considered reinstalling your Windows image completely? It might be a software issue instead of a hardware issue. Might as well upgrade to Windows 11 while you're at it (optionally).
