[SOLVED] NVME SSD bootable on older motherboard?

Solution
No. At least, not natively. BIOS mods exist etc, but are a terrible idea.
Z87 was the first consumer chipset to natively support NVME booting.

What do you hope to achieve with NVME on such a platform?
I can't think of any scenarios where the speed benefit (theoretical or otherwise) wouldn't be hindered by another component in the system, even if it could be done...

SATAIII is plenty.

The motherboard - ASUS P8P67 DELUXE
and i want to instal windows 10 on it...can i?

No.

Lacks M.2 port.
And will not boot from an NVMe drive in a PCIe slot.
Even if it did (and it can't), the PCIe 2.0 would cripple any NVMe drive performance. But it can't, so...

That board is simply too old to work with an NVMe drive.
Put in a 2.5" SATA III SSD, and move on.
