Hello! I have a Samsung 960 EVO NVMe M.2 250GB SSD and a QNINE M+B Key PCIe 3.0 x4 Host Controller Expansion Card Adapter. I want to use these components on a ASRock Z97 Anniversary Motherboard with last BIOS update and i have only 3 PCIe 2.0 x1 Slots available... With a PCIe 1x to 16x Riser will work? Please help me...

Yes it should work but it will not perform up to its potential as it will be slowed by the x1 lane.
