I have a Crucial P1 1TB M.2 2280 SSD which is advertised to have 2000MB/s read speed and 1700MB/s write speed. After running CrystalDiskMark I get these results:

Read speed isn't anywhere near the advertised speed and it's slower than the write speed.

Both disk's driver and MB's bios are updated to the latest versions.

Do you know where could be the problem?

PC specs:
ASUS ROG STRIX B450-I GAMING
AMD Ryzen 3600
32GB DDR4 3200MHz CL16 (it's set to 3200MHz)
GeForce RTX 2070S
Windows 10

Solution
Being the C drive is part/most/all of the issue.
The OS is also doing things with that drive during this benchmark. Along with maybe some other things you have running.

The advertised numbers are absolute theoretical max, under ideal conditions, with nothing else interacting with that drive.
